Huge Steps!!!

HUGE STEPS TODAY!

Got some huge things done.

  • Got all the stuff we need to revamp our schedules.
  • Making family changes to our entire eating style.
  • My wife cleaned out the pantry and got rid of everything unhealthy (felt guilty throwing out three trash bags)
  • Set up some running times with different people.

Things for the weekend

  • Get myself in gear in relationship to the workout stuff
  • Keep focused on my calories and writing everything I eat down.
  • Find ways to integrate these changes into my worklife.
