HUGE STEPS TODAY!
Got some huge things done.
- Got all the stuff we need to revamp our schedules.
- Making family changes to our entire eating style.
- My wife cleaned out the pantry and got rid of everything unhealthy (felt guilty throwing out three trash bags)
- Set up some running times with different people.
Things for the weekend
- Get myself in gear in relationship to the workout stuff
- Keep focused on my calories and writing everything I eat down.
- Find ways to integrate these changes into my worklife.
